Vandaag met de post een brief van het UMCU met de bevestiging dat er een donor is gevonden!
De transplantatie zal in februari plaatsvinden. Het einde van het wachten komt in zicht 🙂

Binnenkort krijg ik een brief met een aantal poliklinische afspraken ter voorbereiding van de stamceltransplantatie. Het zal dan wel gaan om longfoto’s, ECG, bloedonderzoek en in ieder geval nog een beenmergpunctie. De laatste om te bepalen of er leukemiecellen in mijn beenmerg zitten. In dat geval krijg ik zware chemo’s, anders middelmatige.
