Hematoloog

De uitslag van de verhouding donorcellen- eigen cellen van Dolf in zijn bloed is nog steeds 
98 % donorcellen – 2 % eigen cellen!

Een heel goed resultaat waar de hematologen zeer tevreden over zijn.

100 dagen na de stamceltoediening zal er een beenmergpunctie worden gedaan, om zo nauwkeurig mogelijk het beenmerg en de bloedaanmaak te kunnen beoordelen. Eerder heeft zo’n test nog geen zin, omdat het stamcel-proces nog bezig is.

Bloedwaardes 22 juli: trombo’s stijgen iets, witte blijven nog steeds laag 2,2, rode 5,2.

Voeding

Dolf mag in principe bijna alles weer eten en drinken. Het hoeft niet meer gemalen te worden, want hij kan nu weer heel goed slikken. Hij verslikt zich bijna niet. Wel moet er gelet worden op de voorschriften van de hygiënische voedingsrichtlijn, om problemen te voorkomen. Zo hebben we i.p.v. een soft ijsje uit voorzorg maar een (voorverpakte) ijskoffie gekocht. Risico’s vermijden blijft belangrijk.

Dolf is vaak misselijk. Vandaag is de bloedsuikerspiegel extra gecontroleerd. Als die niet in orde is, kan dat ook misselijkheid veroorzaken. Dit was niet het geval. (5,5). Ook is de maaginhoud “opgetrokken”
(= door de sonde terug-gezogen) om te controleren, hoe snel het eten door de maag verteerd wordt. De maag lijkt ook goed te werken. De medicijnen tegen misselijkheid zijn voorlopig nog nodig. 


Vermoeidheid  

Blijft een probleem. Hoewel hij nu ’s nachts redelijk denkt te slapen, is hij op de dag doodop, wat hij heel vervelend vindt. Waarschijnlijk gevolg van de 2 chemo-trajecten, de intensive care periode, het herstellen, het oefenen van de motoriek. Zodra hij ook maar iets heeft gedaan, valt hij weer in slaap. Het advies van de artsen is toch zoveel mogelijk rusten/slapen, het lichaam heeft het duidelijk nog nodig.

Fysiotherapie

Dolf kan nu m.b.v. de loopbrug enkele stapjes zetten, zich omdraaien en in de rolstoel gaan zitten!
De sta-lift was tot vandaag nog wel nodig om vanuit de rolstoel weer in bed te komen. We proberen iedere dag met de rolstoel op pad te gaan. Even de kamer uit, het ziekenhuis door, als mogelijk even een “frisse neus” halen.

Vandaag lukte het voor het eerst om vanuit de rolstoel zonder de hulp van de sta-lift,  op de rand van het bed te gaan zitten! (uiteraard nog wel m.b.v. de loopbrug).
Er zal naar gestreefd worden, dat Dolf eind deze week zonder loopbrug in en uit de rolstoel kan komen.

Revalidatiecentrum

Er is overleg met Weddesteijn Woerden, of Dolf daar misschien kan revalideren. Even afwachten.
Wel zal er in de begintijd regelmatig controle moeten plaatsvinden in het UMC, 2 of 3x per week.
 
Het kan Dolf niet snel genoeg gaan, maar een aantal zaken remmen hem af: de misselijkheid, de vermoeidheid, de spierpijnen (die iets lijken af te nemen). Gelukkig kijkt hij graag tv. Bezoek vindt hij nog steeds erg vermoeiend. Hij besteedt liever zijn energie aan het revalideren dan aan bezoek.

Nein, wirklich, wo waren die… da war ein Moment in einem Aufzug, den würde ich nicht gelten lassen, weil da nicht wirklich ein Schock drin ist (der Geist steht ja nur unscharf im Hintergrund), aber ansosnten… zip… Deswegen fand ich den ja auch so schlecht, weil der überall als schrecklichster Film ever angepriesen wurde…Der Zweite dagegen hat mindestens ‘ne Handvoll guter Schocks…
