Zondag 12 en maandag 13 januari.
Als voorbereiding op de CT van maandag ben ik zondag begonnen met een eetlepel vloeistof bij iedere maaltijd. Maandag het laatste beetje ingenomen met een glas water. Bijwerking, diarree…. net zoals de pacrtinib…. en dat is niet handig als je door een ziekenhuis heen moet lopen. In de auto voel ik me beroerd. Iedere dag gaat het wat minder. Nu heel veel last van mijn buik. We zijn op tijd in het UMCU en weten de afdeling radiologie inmiddels goed te vinden. Maar ai, we hebben niet opgelet en zijn op de verkeerde locatie. Moeten de CT in het Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis hebben. Er wordt gebeld dat we er aan komen, en we lopen door een hele lange ondergrondse gang van het UMCU naar het WKZ. En als je maagkrampen hebt dan is de gang nog veeeeel langer. In de wachtkamer bij het WKZ krijg ik een kan met een liter vloeistof die ik in een half uur naar binnen moet werken. Die gaat er echt niet helemaal in met die maagklachten, maar dat is geen ramp.
De CT heb ik al vaker gehad. Eerst een infuus in mijn arm. Een “proefritje voor de overzichtsfoto” en dan nog een opname met de contrastvloeistof er in. Beide opnames duren misschien elk 10 seconden. Daarna nog even wachten om te laten controleren of alles er goed op staat en we kunnen weer naar huis.
Donderdag 16 januari.
De hematoloog is vandaag bij de radioloog langs gegaan om samen de CT te bekijken. Het goede nieuws “er is niets geks aangetroffen, op je hele grote milt na”. Ok. Blij dat er niet nog meer ellende in me is gevonden, maar wat gaan we nu doen om me beter te laten voelen?
De laatste dagen lig ik alleen maar in pyjama op bed of de bank. Na het nodige denkwerk komen we tot de volgende besluiten.
Ik ga stoppen met het trialmedicijn pacritinib! Mijn milt is niet veel kleiner geworden, en ik voel me alleen maar slechter i.p.v. beter. Met ingang van morgen ga ik eerst beginnen met een prednisonkuur en met een lichte chemo. We hopen dat ik me daardoor snel beter ga voelen. De lichte chemo zou mijn leucocyten, de witte bloedlichaampjes, omlaag moeten brengen (zijn nu 43 i.p.v. tussen de 4 en 10). De prednison zou een eventuele ontsteking de kop in moeten drukken.

Multi tool and cat5 cable. The multi tool is from Alien though, it’s for my mountain bike. The allen wrench sizes match up well – small details on a bike derailer work on a lot of machines.Oh and a card reader, I never had one when I needed it. Now I keep one in my briefcase and one at my desk. I also use a DiskGo! watch, a little dorky but I always have memory. The dork factor is erased by the Bond factor with its occasional public use.

I’m getting kinda confused here.. When she’s measuring the baking powder and the lemon juice, what is it really the? measure, tablespoons on teaspoon..??!! . She’s saying tablespoons but on the screen it comes out as tsp=teaspoons.. :-/

El programa de instalación de firmware solo funciona sobre chips suministrados por Ahorraentinta. No es un programa para resetear chips usados ya sean originales o no; que seguramente es tu caso. Si realmente es este tu caso, lo que tienes que hacer es adquirir uno de nuestros kits de recarga (tóner y chip) e instalar el firmware que realmente corresponde a tu impresora para que pueda trabajar con nuestro chip.

This apartment seriously rocks my socks. It makes me want to give my own apartment some more loving.One of the guys from work picked up that neon Tom Dixon stool for super cheap (well…by Tom Dixon standards) because it had the tiniest little scratch. I was supremely jealous. Even more jealous now I see the stool in context.
