162. Ce n'est pas du vin, en Australie, c'est du jaja…..juste bon a faire du vinaigre, et encore. Avec cette maladie amèricaine de faire du "pinard" avec un seul cépage, ce n'est plus un métier de vigneron mais de vulgaire épicier. L'assemblage, le terroir, ça fait un vrais vin ! pas de ces piquettes de la vallée de la Napa ou australienne….
